The pivot pin is stronger and thicker, making this a stronger and heavier-duty mechanism than the original.

The plate size is 6 3/4 inches wide by 7 7/8 inches from front to back, with mounting holes 5 1/4 inches by 5 1/4 inches on center, the most common size. There are also other mounting holes 5 1/4 inches wide by 6 1/8 inches from front to back on center, and all 6 mounting holes are slotted.

Included are 3 free different-sized plastic insert seat post bushings, with outside diameters of 1 3/4 inches, 2 1/8 inches, and 2 3/8 inches.
